Share Your SAS Stories and Win Free Resources 

We have launched a social media competition to raise awareness of the meaningful change you are creating by delivering SAS.

From September to November, we will be choosing a monthly winner who will be given the option to choose one of the following prizes: 

  • Enrolment in the SAS Facilitator Training Course for one of your team (maximum value $950 AUD); or  
  • 3 Cadet Places added to your SAS Provider inventory (maximum value $615 AUD).

To have the chance to win, upload a post about Secret Agent Society on Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook.

Need some inspiration on what to post about? Here are some ideas: 

  • Show your SAS Cadets participating in a Club Meeting.
  • Take a portrait photo or video talking to the camera and tell people why you value offering SAS and how your Cadets benefit from the program.
  • Take a portrait photo or video of a parent/teacher/Cadet talking to the camera and telling people why they value SAS and the benefits they have seen.
  • Share one of your favourite activities from SAS and what Cadets learn from it.
  • Explain why being neurodiversity-affirming is important to you and how you offer SAS in a neurodiversity-affirming way.
  • Showcase how you tailor SAS for the needs of each Cadet.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: SOCIAL SCIENCE TRANSLATED PTY LTD (ABN: 94 600 644 326) (SST) whose registered office is in QLD, 4068, Australia.
  2. The competition is open to subscribed Secret Agent Society (SAS) Providers. It is not open to employees of SST and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating:
    • their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • they have obtained relevant consent from participating individuals or their legal guardians for the content to be published on yours and SST and SAS social media profiles prior to posting, and
    • they are adhering to guidelines and regulations applicable to the entrant’s profession based on their region.
  5. Route to entry for the competition is via Instagram, and/or Facebook, and/or LinkedIn and details of how to enter are via https://www.sst-institute.net/sasnewsarticle/social-media-competition
  6. One subscribed SAS Provider team can submit multiple entries. One eligible post will equal one entry.
  7. Closing date for entry will be the last day of each calendar month between September to November of 2024 at 5pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. SST can accept no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Entry to the competition is as follows:

  • A monthly winner will be drawn and announced via email.
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows:
  • One prize is available each month during the competition period.
  • Each winner will be given the option choose one of the following:
  1. Enrolment in the SAS Facilitator Training Course for one of your team (maximum value $950 AUD); OR
  2. Three Cadet Places added to your SAS Provider inventory (maximum value $615 AUD).
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and SST reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  1. Winners will be chosen:
  • Via the #SecretAgentSocietyAction hashtag and chosen by an employee of Social Science Translated.
  1. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by email, phone, or an Instagram direct message. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, SST reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  2. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  7. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: communications@sst-institute.net
  8. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, or any other social network.
