RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please choose carefully - refunds are not provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Social Skills Training Pty Ltd (SST) will offer a credit, refund or exchange on a product:

  • If the product provided is faulty
  • If the product is not the correct product for participation in the SAS Small Group Program

To obtain a credit or exchange the faulty or damaged product needs to be returned in its original packaging to SST with proof of purchase.

Customers must notify SST within 5 days of receiving the order if an exchange or credit is required. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Refunds are only offered at the discretion of SST. If a refund has been approved shipping and processing charges are not refunded.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Purchasers and users of the products are responsible for making their own assessment of the information about the products and product selections.
